Established in 1979 by Charles and Lois Watts, our company can trace its roots in the Haines City community back to 1927. Charles’ grandfather and parents moved to the Haines City area when Charles’ grandfather was called to be the Minister of the First Christian Church of Haines City. After working on the family dairy Charles and Lois took over from his father and remained in the dairy business for 26 years. In 1972 Charles and Lois sold the dairy, and Charles went to work for an air conditioning company in Leesburg, Florida. Having worked with refrigeration on the dairy, Charles learned air conditioning very quickly. In 1978 Charles and Lois moved back to the Haines City area to be near his aging father and opened Charles M. Watts Air Conditioning, Inc.
