We called with an AC issue at 8p. The receptionist was helpful and said Technician David would call within 2 hours, but if he didn’t to be sure to call her back. David called 20 minutes later and was at the house by 8:45p. We had never used Watts before but had paperwork from previous owners showing purchase/install of the unit from Watts 4 years earlier. David was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. With our paperwork, David was able to confirm that the part was under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor. He had the unit working soon and the cost was reasonable. We will continue to call on Watts for our AC needs.
