I was having a problem with my thermostat settings. Luis was very personable, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the thermostat scheduling, settings and set up. He explained how all the features work and how to change them. He took us through various settings several times until we were comfortable changing settings ourselves. If I need any work done in the future, I would request Luis.

We were very pleased how Jose handled our issue with our air conditioning. He was very thorough and was very good at explaining our issue. He took his time to be sure the problem was fixed. We will definitely call Watts in the future. Thank you!

Jorge and his partner did a great job. Completely removed all the old duct work to my mobile home. Replaced with all new duct work.
They were here for about 2 1/2 hours. Cleaned up very good also. Highly recommend them.

Ray takes special care of his customers and when he works on our system, I know it will be done correctly and cost effective. Great technicians like Ray are what makes a business successful.

Nedd was very knowledgeable and told us why the drain line kept getting clogged. I wish we would've been more informed about the issues with aluminum coils before purchasing a unit, but it is what it is. The issue was fixed

Nedd was super-fast at getting here. We were having guests over when the a/c wasn't cooling. Called Watts and Nedd was here Lickety Split. He explained the "Club" and the cost and what it covers and we decided that it was a no-brainer. Plus, Nedd fixed our exterior a/c drip pipe because it had been broken and ugly and pretty much non-functional. Nedd replaced the whole thing along with fixing our problem and washing off our permanent metal a/c filter. Top notch employee. He deserves a raise.

Watts went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations on servicing our HVAC system at our Florida home! And the service technician Sha’nya was very talented, efficient and knowledgeable in the work it needed.

I can’t thank you enough your professionalism exceeds the others that are out there the technician was truly amazing and kept me informed throughout the whole process, the price for fixing our unit was very fair, the only concern I had and I guess we all have to get used to it is the after hours AI I’m truly not a fan of this I’d rather speak to a live person

Marcus was polite and proficient. Got right to the job and told me things to look and listen for in the future to maintain my 16 year old system. Installed a UV light to cut down on mold in my system.

The young lady from Watts came first thing this morning and could not have been more professional and pleasant, explained the problem and my options for taking care of my AC, I would highly recommend her and ask for her again, her name was shyanya.

Raymond came in an immediately took of the problem as our AC unit wasn’t kicking out cold air last night. He got there right at 10am, evaluated the condition of our unit, let me know the price upfront and finished the work which was minor in 25 minutes. He also let me know that our ACuniy needed a deep clean and will be getting a quote. All in all, his service was 5 star and Raymond is super knowledgeable!

Nicholas Ouellette came today to do maintenance on my two A/C units. He was efficient and professional and informed me about things my Watts plan covers of which I was not aware. I give him a 5-star review.

Great service, great education, I understood everything he discussed without any confusion. He cleaned out my HVAC system showed me before and after pics and video which I greatly appreciate, as well as inspected my electrical system and walked me through that process.

Called Watts this morning around 8:30 am and they had a tech here shortly after 9 am. Our tech was Sha'nya and she was amazing. Very customer oriented, listens well, knowledgeable and very professional. She diagnosed issue right away, provided us with three options and completed the repair. We are sitting inside enjoying our cool air now.

Antonio Rodriguez did a very professional job fixing our air conditioner this morning, he opened the panel on the outside unit and knew immediately what the problem was by looking at it, tested the part and it was the problem. I guess they didn't have the part to replace it so he put in a temporary part in to get the unit up and running to give me air for this weekend which was very much appreciated! They will put the new part in at a later time for no charge!

Called Watts late afternoon when HVAC stopped working ( new unit less than 1 month old). Staff scheduled technician for service later on the same day. Technician and Sales specialist Marcus Ford (cowboy), arrived and diagnosed problem. Tried several temp fix solutions but fix required part not available until sometime next day. Offered use of room portable AC unit ( declined). Marcus was polite, professional and knowledgeable- arrived late afternoon next day and A/C delivering cool air. No charge under warranty. Very prompt and responsive service with minimal (uncomfortable) downtime. Thank you Marcus and Watts.
