Watts sent over Antonio to look at my air conditioner. I was very pleased with what he did and the knowledge that he had I got the UV protection and the surge protection which I didn’t know I needed it, but I know now thank you Antonio for enlightening me and installing everything and making me feel secure about the air conditioner.

Shayna was very courteous and helpful. She did her job with expertise and I was very satisfied with her work.

Called Watts this morning around 8:30 am and they had a tech here shortly after 9 am. Our tech was Sha'nya and she was amazing. Very customer oriented, listens well, knowledgeable and very professional. She diagnosed issue right away, provided us with three options and completed the repair. We are sitting inside enjoying our cool air now.
We will request Sha'nya as our tech going forward!

Antonio Rodriguez did a very professional job fixing our air conditioner this morning, he opened the panel on the outside unit and knew immediately what the problem was by looking at it, tested the part and it was the problem. I guess they didn't have the part to replace it so he put in a temporary part in to get the unit up and running to give me air for this weekend which was very much appreciated! They will put the new part in at a later time for no charge!

They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, made sure the entire system was running efficiently, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. They also provided helpful recommendations on how to properly maintain the unit to keep it running at its best for years to come. Called Watts late afternoon when HVAC stopped working ( new unit less than 1 month old). Staff scheduled technician for service later on the same day. Technician and Sales specialist Marcus Ford (cowboy), arrived and diagnosed problem. Tried several temp fix solutions but fix required part not available until sometime next day. Offered use of room portable AC unit ( declined). Marcus was polite, professional and knowledgeable- arrived late afternoon next day and A/C delivering cool air. No charge under warranty. Very prompt and responsive service with minimal (uncomfortable) downtime. Thank you Marcus and Watts.

Joyce in the office was great, had all the answers to my questions. It was late in the day when the AC at my office stopped cooling. I called Watts and they scheduled a tech for the next morning. Marvin Robinson was here first thing in the morning with a smile on his face. 🙂 After a bit of investigating, Marvin found that the drainage tube was clogged and got it cleaned out. Now all is cool in the world again, well at least in my office. LOL Plus he checked our system to make sure everything was working as it should. Marvin was very personable and knowledgeable, and I will be requesting him if we have any other AC issues. Thank you, Marvin.

He explained to my wife and I all aspects of what work he completed on our AC unit. I was so impressed by the Watts company that I immediately signed a one year contract with them. I have tried two other AC companies over the past three years that I have lived in my new home, and Watts has impressed me the most with their follow up and customer service. From the sales rep to the two installers The whole process was great. My ac system died in 90+ degree weather and I needed a new system asap The salesman responded I told him what I was looking for and he DELIVERED. Not only did he offer me a new heat pump ac/heating system but $1000 dollars less than two competitive offers!! And same day install as well. This was tremendous service and I had a new unit THAT DAY!! Kudos to Watts

I had the AC technician out today for a routine check, (Raymon Desir) and as always, he was exceptional. He’s consistently professional, thorough, and genuinely kind—explaining everything clearly and making sure the job was done right. Companies like this are lucky to have someone so reliable and customer-focused. He absolutely deserves a raise! Highly recommend.

Although the job as contracted and what was actually brought to the job site was significantly different, the two Watts trechnicans: Aaron Nedd and Xavier Peterson, displayed great patience and professionalism to ensure the customer's job was completed with satisfaction and in a timely manner despite the confusion. Five stars to the technicians.

This was one of the best experiences I could have imagined. Ray was the greatest help especially after another company had tried and scam us into buying a whole new HVAC system. Ray found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. We are located in south Orlando and will be using Watts indefinitely.
