Our tech Jose was great! He went beyond good customer service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in examining our central air and duct work. With the weather being in the 90s we are very thankful to Jose and Watts for there help. I would highly recommend them. Ray came out today and installed our unit, great job! Very nice employees so far our experience with watts and the techs have been great! Appreciate them getting our new AC in on a holiday weekend! Thank you!
